We are a group of Computer Engineering students from Hashemite University, and we wanted to build something that goes beyond a regular graduation project — a solution that can actually be used in a real support environment. We built a smart, production-ready platform designed to connect real customer opinions with real business decisions. Our system is powered by a Hybrid model, Arabic English that understands customer responses in both languages and processes them automatically according to our own internal workflow — which we keep exclusive to the project. To maintain data integrity, the platform allows one comment per ticket per customer within a defined time window. This keeps the feedback clean, prevents repetition or spam, and makes the insights more trustworthy. For admins, we provide a clear, visual dashboard that shows how customers are interacting with the system, so the team can monitor performance and spot issues quickly — without digging through raw text. The whole solution is deployed on our own domain and dedicated server, so it’s not just a demo — it’s a real, ready-to-use product. Our goal: to turn reviews into decisions, and to keep improving quality over time.
